The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Maintenance Technician at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee. You will perform repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards to build customer loyalty through trust and confidence in Napleton.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, communicating with parts and service staff, and keeping an organized work area. ASE certification is desirable; valid driver’s license required; 18+ years old. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience is required.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Excellent customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical staff and customers.
• Stay updated on factory bulletins and participate in sponsored training as appropriate.
• Keep management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.

Located at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee, the Automotive Maintenance Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Service Technician experience
• ASE certification desirable
• Excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
