Position Overview

As an Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles, delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

1. Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs, including tire services, brake, electrical, A/C, and engine systems.
2. Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure quality and safety.
3. Stay updated on automotive technology advances.
4. Provide excellent customer service with clear communication.
5. Mentor and guide junior technicians.
6. Document all work accurately.
7. Report safety issues immediately.
8. Maintain safety and company policies.
9. Perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive diagnosis and repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certifications.
• Experience with exhaust, electrical, A/C, and power-train systems.
