Are you a passionate Psychiatrist (MD/DO) looking for a flexible, fully remote opportunity to provide high-quality care? At Iris Telehealth, we’re on a mission to expand access to behavioral health care—and we’d love for you to join us.

We’re seeking a Psychiatrist licensed in Oklahoma (or IMLC LOQ eligible) to work with one of our Community Mental Health Clinic (CMHC) partners in an outpatient setting, treating patients ages 5+ (primarily 18-65). This role offers flexible hours (24-40 hours/week) and a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, allowing you to focus on delivering impactful care. You will work alongside experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, supported by a dedicated administrative team.

About the Role:

• Setting: A CMHC – 100% outpatient clinic in Oklahoma
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (24-40 hrs/wk)
• Caseload: 12-14 patients/day, with a 30% no-show rate. Compensation is not dependent on patient attendance.
• Patient Population: Ages 5+ (primarily 18-65) with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, MDD, and psychosis.
• Appointment Duration: 60 minutes for initial visits, 20-40 minutes for follow-ups.
• Remote & Fully Supported: Work from anywhere in the U.S., with administrative support handling follow-ups and vitals.
• Supervision of PMHNPs is required.
• No On-Call Required! Enjoy work-life balance with a schedule that fits your needs.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency; board-eligible or certified.
• Active Oklahoma medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (required).
• Availability for 24-40 hours per week during CST hours.
• Experience and comfort treating patients aged 5+ across varying acuity levels.
• Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with MyAvatar is a plus).
• Must reside in the U.S. or U.S. territories.
