Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn under seasoned technicians, perform routine inspections, and help ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering great customer service.

This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, competitive flat-rate pay ranging from $16.63 to $24.99 per hour, and opportunities to earn ASE certifications

Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years of employment (fees paid by company).
