Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under supervision. Learn foundational skills through hands-on practice and customer interactions, with a path toward ASE certifications and career growth.

The role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires, a flat-rate pay model, and a structured training program designed to advance your automotive expertise within a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills applied to automotive service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years; tests and fees paid by the company.
