Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. Under supervision, you will learn hands-on tasks from skilled technicians and contribute to customer service by explaining repairs and delivering quality workmanship.

The role offers a flat-rate pay structure, with opportunities to earn through efficiency, quarterly tests, and potential ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform routine maintenance.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems; perform tire maintenance.
• Road test vehicles and obtain ASE certifications within two years.
