Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will work under experienced technicians to learn and perform routine maintenance, inspections, and customer communications.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire service, batteries, electrical checks, and road testing, with opportunities to pursue ASE certifications. Flat-rate pay reflects regional productivity and company standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn hands-on diagnostics.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times; ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Oil changes and routine maintenance experience.
• Reading, writing, and math skills for measuring and documenting repairs.
