Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. Learn and perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians.

You will participate in routine inspections, explain repair procedures to customers, and contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment. Flat-rate pay supports efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Experience with routine automotive maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to perform inspections and basic tire repair tasks.
• Demonstrated math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Road test vehicles and participate in customer communications.
