Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under guidance of senior technicians, performing routine inspections and customer communications to ensure high quality workmanship.

The role features a flat‑rate pay model, with pay range reflecting regional productivity. Opportunities to pursue ASE certifications are supported by the company, with training and fees provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services including oil changes, basic inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Aim to obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment; training and fees covered by company.
