Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles within a fast-paced service team. You will learn hands-on tasks under experienced staff, perform routine inspections, and communicate with customers about repairs and guidance.

Qualifications

• Learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times.
• General automotive maintenance knowledge: oil changes, basic inspections, tire repair.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years (tests paid by company).
