Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our automotive service team. Youll learn hands-on from experienced technicians and contribute to inspections, tire maintenance, and repair procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a flat-rate pay structure with earnings potential, opportunities to obtain ASE certifications, and a path to grow with a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Must have valid drivers license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and perform automotive maintenance.
• Basic understanding of maintenance & tire repair including oil changes, inspections and tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within two years (tests and fees paid by company).
