Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited automotive technical or trade school, OR 12 months of verifiable hands-on automotive repair experience at an independent shop or dealership.
• Strong interest in pursuing factory certifications and building a career, not just clocking hours.
• Strong work ethic and a growth mindset; coaching will be part of the process.
• Friendly, coachable, and a true team player in a work family.
• Insurable under dealership garage policy with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check; Chevrolet experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform maintenance, diagnostic, and repair tasks under guidance of experienced technicians.
• Read, comprehend, and complete all actions on assigned repair orders.
• Perform, document, and video all multipoint inspection findings on the repair order.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep workspace, tools, and customer vehicles secure.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, advisors, and staff.
• Complete OEM and in-house training and certifications on schedule.
• Treat every vehicle and customer trust with care and integrity.
• Show up dependable, on time, and ready to learn daily.
