We welcome technicians eager to build skills and stay long-term in a promote-from-within shop. Starting pay is $27/hour for mid-level and above, up to $37/hour with GM experience based on certification, plus bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an automotive technician.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive repair and service and accurate diagnostics.
• GM experience preferred, but technicians from any brand are welcome to apply.
• Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to pursue certifications.
• Friendly, coachable, and committed to being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose and repair customer vehicles with integrity and craftsmanship.
• Read, comprehend, and perform all actions on repair orders.
• Perform, document, and video multipoint inspections for repairs.
• Estimate cost and time for requested services and communicate with advisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace and secure tools/vehicles.
• Stay current on products, services, and industry standards; complete OEM training.
• Maintain high CSI and provide exceptional customer experiences on every repair order.
• Support fellow technicians and advisors and be a positive team presence.
