Qualifications

• Recent graduate of an accredited automotive technical or trade school, OR at least 12 months of verifiable hands-on automotive repair experience
• Interest in pursuing factory certifications and building a career
• Strong work ethic and a growth mindset. You'll be coached hard and pushed to improve fast
• Friendly, coachable, and a true team player
• Insurable under dealership garage policy, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Chevrolet experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Real diagnostics and real repairs. No guessing, fixed right the first time
• A real multipoint inspection: a full video, plus a photo or video for every recommended item
• Beautiful, accurate documentation on every repair order
• Honest time punches and ownership of comebacks, no excuses
• A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine commitment to CSI
• A clean, organized bay and workstation, always

Just graduated from automotive school? Already a year into turning wrenches at an independent shop and ready for the next step? Pride Motor Group is hiring 2 to 4 Apprentice Technicians at our Chevrolet store in Lynn, and we didn't just slap "entry level" on a job posting and call it a day. We built an actual in-house apprenticeship program that moves you toward factory certification, more pay, and more responsibility on a defined timeline, not a vague promise.

If you've got the drive, we've got the wrench, the training, and a coach in your corner to help you get there fast.

Pay & Growth

• $20 per hour and up, based on experience
• Built-in pay increases as you complete each stage of training and certification

What We Need From You

• A recent graduate of an accredited automotive technical or trade school, OR at least 12 months of verifiable,
• hands-on automotive repair experience in an independent shop or dealership (this is a must-have, not a nice-tohave)
• A genuine interest in pursuing factory certifications and building a career, not just clocking hours
• Strong work ethic and a growth mindset. You'll be coached hard and pushed to improve fast
• Friendly, coachable, and a true team player. You're joining a work family, and we mean that literally
