Job summary

Promotive in Newton, New Jersey is seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join our family-owned shop. This high-volume facility services a wide range of vehicles and offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and company-paid training.

Qualifications

• A Level requires 5+ years of automotive repair experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• B Level requires 3+ years of automotive repair experience with strong mechanical repair skills.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair domestic, Asian, European, and fleet vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics, mechanical repairs, maintenance, steering, suspension, brake, tire, and alignment services based on experience level.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair information to identify vehicle concerns.
• Complete repairs from diagnosis through quality control.
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
