Promotive is hiring experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a multi-location team around Wilmington, DE. You will handle a mix of diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on Domestic, Asian, European, and EV vehicles.

The role offers strong earning potential with a guaranteed weekly draw and the possibility to grow through training and certifications in a modern shop environment.

Formación

• Professional automotive repair experience required.
• Strong diagnostic skills preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume shop.
• A strong work ethic: dependable and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform fluid services and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete wheel alignments and suspension/steering repairs.
• Engine and transmission replacement when needed.
• Diagnose electrical and drivability issues with advanced diagnostics.
• Contribute to a diverse range of domestic and imported vehicles.
