Job summary

UPS in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain a diverse range of equipment including delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers from various manufacturers. Expect shifts on 2nd or 3rd and schedules like Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday according to location needs.

You must have active driver’s license and bring your own hand tools. CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and a personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements for the job.
• Operate standard and manual transmission.
• Use power and pneumatic tools.
• Assist with maintenance of delivery vehicles, tractors and trailers.
