Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician in Minnesota to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under the guidance of senior technicians. You'll participate in routine inspections, assist in repairs, and interact with customers to explain procedures and provide excellent service.

The role offers hands-on learning, a flat-rate pay model, and opportunities to obtain ASE certifications with company support. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for first-time hires.

Formación

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Reading, writing, and math skills including basic automotive knowledge such as oil changes, basic inspections, and tire repair.

Responsabilidades

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and braking systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within first two years; tests and fees paid by the company; bonuses for tests passed.
