Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, learning under experienced technicians in a fast‑paced store environment. You will engage with customers, perform routine inspections, and help ensure quality workmanship while advancing ASE credentials and career growth.

Sign-on bonus of $1,500 for first-time hires accompanies competitive, flat-rate pay.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have valid driver’s license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance including oil changes, inspections, and tire repair.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repairs.
• Install parts and road test vehicles.
• A.S.E. certification within two years; tests funded by the company.
