Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, invites applications for an Automotive Technician in Minnesota. Learn diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles under seasoned technicians. The role includes routine inspections, customer interaction, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

A sign-on bonus of $1,500 is offered to first-time hires. Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $34.38 per hour with a performance-based flat-rate compensation

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Reading, writing, and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within first two years of employment; tests and fees covered by the company.
