Job Description

As a BMW Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer and dealership vehicles, utilizing innovative diagnostic technologies.

1. Receive and execute Repair Orders.
2. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting.
3. Estimate labor, time, and parts for repairs.
4. Perform quality repairs on engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems according to standards.
5. Conduct Quality Control checks post-repair.
6. Complete all necessary documentation.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
8. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
9. Participate in BMW training programs to stay current with industry-leading technologies.
10. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company's values, showing passion and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
3. At least 18 years old.
4. Valid driver's license.
5. Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
6. European automotive technician experience is a plus.
7. ASE certifications are a plus.
8. Legal authorization to work in the USA.
9. Ability to perform duties safely and pass pre-employment checks.
