Job Description

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, preparing you for a successful career. Your role is vital in delivering a 5-star guest experience, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.

Compensation

The hourly rate ranges from $17 - $24, with potential incentives. Flat Rate earnings range from $20 - $40 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

1. Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualification.
2. Obtain guest approval before performing work, maintain a clean work area.
3. Complete thorough inspections and perform necessary repairs.
4. Test drive vehicles and use shop resources responsibly.
5. Collaborate and lead General Service Technicians as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in A1-A8.
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
• Technical school certificate/degree.
