Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

• Seeking a state certified Master Tech.
• The pay range is $19.00 to $28.00 per hour, guaranteed based on experience, with flat rates between $25 and $43.
• Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles, including brakes, suspension, tire installation, and scheduled maintenance.
• Secure customer approval before performing work and maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and collaborate with team members, providing leadership to General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Valid Driver License.
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset.
• Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8).
• Automotive technical school certificate/degree.
• State Automotive Certification.
