Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Volkswagen North Scottsdale, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for an experienced, Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As a Flat Rate Technician, you will perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.
