Job summary

Fletcher Jones Automotive Group – Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll work in a busy shop with supportive teammates and access to diagnostic tools and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred.
• Previous experience as an automotive technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize diagnostic tools to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Accurately document repairs, services and maintenance per dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Pay

$71,000 - $147,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position is $33.80 / hour. Bonuses range from $1,200 to $71,000 per year based on performance.
