Job summary

Young Mazda Missoula is hiring Automotive Technicians/Mechanics at our Missoula location. We welcome entry-level to master techs to join a high-performing, well-equipped service team.

In this role you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles using modern tools and training resources. We offer manufacturer training, internal support, and paths for career growth in a family-owned culture with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred, not required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance services and inspect brakes and tires.
• Work with modern vehicle systems, including hybrids and EVs.
• Collaborate with team to maintain an efficient workflow and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models using advanced diagnostic tools and technology
• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  Work with modern automotive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
• Ensure all repairs and services meet industry standards and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an efficient workflow and exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required)
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
