Job summary

Dealership Lithia & Driveway Honolulu Buick GMC Cadillac is hiring experienced service technicians (Class A and B) to diagnose, repair, and test vehicles with efficiency and safety. You will document work, manage tool inventories, and align with dealership standards while providing excellent customer service.

This full-time role offers a flat-rate pay model of $30.00-$55.00 per hour, incentives based on productivity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health plans, PTO, disability

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive repair experience required.
• ASE and manufacturer certification preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable using dealership technologies and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work per repair orders with accuracy and safety.
• Diagnose causes of malfunction and determine needed repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality after service.
• Document work performed and time in the system.
• Maintain inventory of standard tools and align with team goals.
