Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience with complex repairs and diagnostics.
  • ASE certifications in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record; background/MVR/drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards.
  • Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing of automotive systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Road-test vehicles to verify repairs.
  • Provide updates to service advisors on repair status.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
  • Uphold company values in interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience performing complex repairs and diagnostics, (dealership experience preferred)
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred
  • Manufacturer certifications are a bonus!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
