Job summary

RG&T Solutions in Fort Smith, AR seeks a Senior Automotive Technician to perform advanced diagnosis and complex repairs, ensuring quality work to manufacturer and company standards.

You will lead drivability and electrical diagnostics, complete repairs, validate results on road tests, mentor team members, and uphold safety and shop procedures while explaining options to customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive experience with advanced diagnostic skills.
• ASE certifications or equivalent; valid driver's license; flexible hours.
• Leadership experience is advantageous; ASE Master Technician and L1 are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnose drivability and electrical issues.
• Complete repairs and validate them with road tests.
• Explain repair options to customers and support quality control.

Job description

to perform advanced diagnosis and complex mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring quality work aligned with manufacturer and company standards.

Responsibilities include:

conducting thorough vehicle inspections, leading diagnosis of drivability and electrical issues, completing repairs, validating repairs through road tests, supporting quality control, and explaining repair options to customers. Mentoring and coaching team members, maintaining safety protocols, and following shop procedures are essential.

Qualifications:

5+ years of automotive experience, advanced diagnostic skills, ASE certifications or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours. Preferred certifications include ASE Master Technician and L1 Advanced Engine Performance. Leadership experience and high school diploma or equivalent are advantageous.
