Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking automotive technicians of all levels to join a shop that values skill, teamwork, and a good laugh between repairs. The position is onsite in Eugene, OR and offers a competitive flat-rate pay structure.

As part of Lithia & Driveway, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues on pre-owned vehicles, document procedures, and collaborate with service advisors, parts, and management to ensure high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Automotive technician experience or trade school training.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety.
• Document repair procedures and recommendations.
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
