Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking a Mopar Certified Master Technician to join our busy service department. The role focuses on advanced diagnostics and high-quality repairs for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat vehicles, with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Mopar Master Technician certification or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of diagnostic/repair experience on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic tool knowledge and ability to communicate estimates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on FCA vehicles.
• Maintain high service standards and Mopar certification benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate repair estimates and status updates to advisors and customers.
• Stay updated with manufacturer service bulletins and procedures.
