Job summary

All Roads is seeking an Automotive Technician for Norris Ford to service and repair Ford vehicles. The role requires a strong work ethic, quick learning, and attention to detail, with prior Ford experience preferred.

The position offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive benefits, paid training, tuition reimbursement, and advancement opportunities. Work schedule includes full-time hours, Monday through Saturday as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior Ford vehicles experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $26–$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
