Job summary

Norris Honda is hiring an Automotive Technician to join the Service department for full-time work in Norris Honda. The role focuses on servicing and repairing vehicles with attention to accuracy and safety,, and offers advanced training opportunities.

The ideal candidate has prior Ford experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality work. A competitive benefits package and paid training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior Ford automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Schedule

• $26–$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)


• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
