Job summary

All Roads in Dundalk, MD is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair Ford vehicles in a busy shop environment. You will work under the Service Manager to deliver high-quality repairs and accurate estimates, maintaining thorough records of parts used and services performed.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, full-time schedule including Monday through Saturday, and opportunities for advancement through paid training and internal promotions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of all repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
