Job summary

All Roads is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our service department. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles, creating estimates, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive insurance, paid training, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles preferred.
• CDK or repair software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair vehicles as directed by the Service Manager.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide effective repair solutions.
• Create accurate repair estimates (CDK experience a plus).
• Maintain precise, detailed records of repairs performed and parts used.
• Communicate with factory/OEM technical support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• $26–$40/hour flat rate (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday - Saturday available
