Smart Lexus of Quad Cities in Davenport, IA is growing and seeks experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. You’ll work in a modern, air-conditioned shop with top‑quality diagnostic tools and ongoing manufacturer training.

We offer a 5‑day work week, competitive pay with annual bonuses, 401(k) with match, health benefits, PTO, tool reimbursement, and paid training. ASE certifications ideal; one year dealership experience preferred; valid license required.

• One year dealership experience in technician role.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently.
• Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C and other automotive systems.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
