Luther Automotive Group is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for a fast-paced, high-volume shop. Our team emphasizes training, certifications, and growth in a family-owned environment.

Earn $28–$60/hour (Incentive-Based) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, and ongoing certification opportunities. ASE certifications are encouraged and a clean driver’s license is required. OEM certifications are supported, with a solid path for long-term employment.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
