Job summary

Luther-St.-Cloud-Honda in Minnesota is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians for a fast-paced, high-volume shop with a strong service culture. Our team emphasizes ongoing training and growth opportunities in a family-owned environment.

You will diagnose, repair and test vehicle systems, communicate with the service advisor, and work toward OEM dealer standards. ASE certifications are encouraged and a clean, valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

We are seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our team. Our high volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! Our small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged!

$28-$60/hour (Incentive-Based)

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
