Smart Luxury in Davenport, IA invites qualified automotive technicians to join a premium European brands service team. Work in a modern, climate-controlled facility with advanced diagnostic tools and strong support to help you succeed.

The role offers competitive flat-rate pay, potential sign-on bonus, a five-day workweek, medical, dental & life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and up to 10 days PTO in year one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, or Audi experience preferred.
• Level A or Level B technician experience strongly preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Commitment to quality workmanship.
• One year as an automotive technician preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
