Job summary

CarShop Cranberry Twp is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles in a busy shop. Earn between $50,000 and $100,000+ annually with quarterly incentives and a sign-on bonus based on experience. Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred with 2–5 years of experience required.
• State and Emissions License preferred.
• Strong work ethic: reliable and dependable.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment including diagnostic tools, alignment systems, wheel and tire equipment, and A/C equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning to specification.
• Work on a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles, not just warranty repairs.
• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Complete full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Propose creative, practical, and cost-effective solutions to problems and process improvements.
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a clear, non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired accurately and kept clean; road test vehicles to ensure quality repair the first time.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

What will you do?
