EchoPark Automotive in Birmingham, AL is hiring Automotive Technicians to join our team. We offer guaranteed pay, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities include vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer standards on pre-owned models up to 12 years old. Candidates must be state certified where applicable, have at least 6 months' experience or Auto Tech School certification, own tools, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be state certified where applicable
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and positive outlook

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards
• Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old
• Execute 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle drivability and A/C diagnosis and repair
• Gasket and seal repairs

Education

WhatYou’llDo:

The Automotive Technicianis responsible forperforming vehicle repair and maintenance work as assignedin accordance withdealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range ofpre-ownedmakes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle Drivability
• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Gasket and Seal Repairs

WhatWe’reLooking For:
