Job summary

EchoPark Automotive in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team. You will perform vehicle repair and maintenance to dealer and factory standards, inspecting and repairing a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 15 years old.

We offer salary from $47K to $60K+ based on experience, guaranteed pay with bonus potential, company-paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with 100% match up to 4%, paid vacation, and access to leadership and personal

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of automotive mechanic experience or Auto Tech School certification.
• Own a set of tools as a requirement.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 15 years old.
• Complete 190 Point Vehicle Inspection, lube/filter/flush, brakes, suspension, A/C diagnosis and repair, engine/transmission work.

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. Our technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional "dog eat dog" shop. It's fun, fair and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 15 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle Drivability
• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Gasket and Seal Repairs
• Case by case engine and transmission replacement

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be state certified where applicable
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and positive outlook
