Job summary

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician for our brand new dealership in Orlando, FL opening December 2026. The role focuses on servicing a variety of pre-owned vehicles with a collaborative, supportive atmosphere.

You will perform repairs per dealer standards and benefit from salary-based pay with bonus potential, plus company-paid training and benefits. Join a fast-growing team committed to doing things right.

Qualifications

• State certification where applicable.
• Minimum 6 months automotive experience or Auto Tech school certification.
• Own a complete set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes/models up to 15 years old.
• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection.
• Lube, filter, flushes.
• Brake system and tire repair.
• Suspension and alignments.
• Vehicle drivability checks and air conditioning repair.
• Case-by-case engine and transmission replacements.

WhatYou’llDo:

The Automotive Technicianis responsible forperforming vehicle repair and maintenance work as assignedin accordance withdealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range ofpre-ownedmakes and models up to 15 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle Drivability
• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Gasket and Seal Repairs
• Case by case engine and transmission replacements

WhatWe’reLooking For:

• Must be state certified where applicable
• At least 6 months ofpreviousAutomotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification
• Own a set of tools
• Valid driver’s license anda good drivingrecord
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and positive outlook
