Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive service, engineering, or technical authoring.
- Understanding of electrical components and electromechanical systems.
- Experience with service content creation and validation.
Responsibilities
- Author diagnostic and removal/installation procedures for automotive systems.
- Use engineering docs, CAD, and vehicle validation to create service content.
- Perform hands-on analysis of electrical/electromechanical systems.
- Validate procedures through interaction with prototype vehicles.
- Collaborate with engineering to reflect technician needs.
- Apply checklists to verify functionality and serviceability.
