Concentrix is seeking a Director, Automotive Technology Solutions to lead the growth of CX technology and digital services in the automotive portfolio. This overlay role partners with Account Executives and GTM teams to shape demand and close complex, technology-led opportunities.
You will bring deep automotive and technology expertise to position offerings as strategic enablers, driving CX transformation, data analytics, AI, and engineering services while collaborating with solution architects
Qualificações
- 6–8+ years in CX technology, digital, or services sales.
- Proven experience selling CX, digital experience, data & analytics, AI or engineering services.
- Experience working with automotive enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated success influencing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the technology sales overlay across automotive customers.
- Identify and drive white-space opportunities for CX technology services.
- Support expansion through executive engagement, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
- Enable account teams with technology insights and sales support.
