Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Volvo safety systems, infotainment, connectivity, Google built-in features, and driver assistance technologies.
• Conduct personalized vehicle orientations and answer customer questions before and after delivery.
• Support the sales team with product demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Volvo products, software updates, accessories, and emerging technologies.
• Assist customers with pairing mobile devices, setting up connected services, and configuring vehicle features.
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customers are comfortable using their vehicle's technology.
• Train dealership staff on new Volvo models, features, and technology updates.
• Ensure showroom and demonstration vehicles are properly prepared and updated.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
