The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in automotive Tag & Title processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive Tag & Title experience required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations.
• Prepare and maintain used vehicle trade jackets.
• Monitor and follow up on titles in transit.
• Work with banks, customers, and agencies to obtain lien releases.
• Maintain tag receivable schedules and title compliance records.

Pay: $24.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations
• Prepare and maintain used vehicle trade jackets
• Monitor and follow up on titles in transit
• Work with banks, customers, and agencies to obtain lien releases and trade titles
• Process wholesale and auction title documentation
• Maintain tag receivable schedules and title compliance records
• Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales teams as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive Tag & Title experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review
