Zusammenfassung

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking experienced Tag & Title Clerks for locations ranging from Richmond, VA through the Baltimore/Timonium, MD area. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of automotive Tag & Title experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer health, dental and vision insurance, paid leave after one year, PTO accrual from day one, paid

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of automotive Tag & Title Clerk experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must complete apre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug test.

• Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations for all 50 states.
• Prepare used vehicle trade-in jackets and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Follow up on titles in transit to ensure timely processing.
• Contact banks and customers weekly to obtain lien releases and outstanding trade titles.
• Process titles and required documentation for wholesale transactions and auctions.
• Review and maintain tag and title receivable schedules, ensuring processing timelines remain under 30 days.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.
