Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking an experienced Tag & Title Clerk with automotive experience to manage titles and registrations efficiently. The role covers multiple states, including VA, MD, and surrounding areas, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles and registrations for all 50 states.
• Prepare used vehicle trade-in jackets and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Follow up on titles in transit to ensure timely processing.
• Contact banks and customers weekly to obtain lien releases and outstanding trade titles.
• Process titles and documentation for wholesale transactions and auctions.
• Review and maintain tag and title receivable schedules to keep timelines under 30 days.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Tag & Title Clerk - Automotive Experience Required

Sheehy Auto Stores is currently seeking experienced Tag & Title Clerks for locations ranging from Richmond, VA, through the Baltimore/Timonium, MD area. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of automotive Tag & Title experience, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for dependable team players who are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and providing excellent customer service.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
