Global Connect Technologies is seeking a Systems Requirements Engineer to define, manage, validate, and maintain system requirements across the product lifecycle for automotive platforms and ECUs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with software, hardware, validation, and functional safety teams, enabling ASPICE/ISO 26262-compliant processes and HIL/SIL testing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical, Computer, Systems, Mechanical engineering or related field (4+ yrs automotive systems engineering).
• Experience developing and managing system and software requirements for automotive products and ECUs.
• Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, verification/validation, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Capture business, customer and stakeholder needs and translate to clear, testable system and software requirements.
• Define, manage, and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across lifecycle stages.
